Delivery Information
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch same day all orders received before 4pm. Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. In most cases orders in the UK should arrive within 2 working days. Orders within Europe should arrive within 1 week and the rest of the World within 2 weeks. If an item you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and confirm availability of the product with an estimated delivery schedule.
Heavier packages are not able to be sent via airmail, so European and Worldwide orders weighing more than 2kg may take considerably longer to arrive. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Cost
We want our postage costs to be simple and the cheapest available (we know no one likes paying for delivery). We monitor a lot of the other internet suppliers to ensure we are the cheapest, we are looking for new methods of getting your boat spares to you as quickly as possible at the cheapest cost and in great condition. We are always interested in any feedback or ideas you have to improve the postage service. We do all of this because we want to give you great service.
