Saltire Burgee

The flag part of the burgee is supported by a full stainless steel frame, which reduces flapping in the wind and makes it more accurate. Optimist Deck Sleeve and Collar

Racing deck collars have an oval and tapered inner diameter. The oval inner diameter allows the maximum fore/aft play and minimum side play. The tapered inner diameter allows the mast to be raked.
